they came to Hamburg to take revenge for a cruel incident which took place in the past. For many years they fought a bloody battle for the control of music to emerge as the most powerful crime family behind the turntables.
donna maya and donna neda are the heads of the DJ and producer team the godmothers part II. Since 1997 they do their musical business, spinning in clubs, producing and releasing their own tracks, making short-films and soundtracks, participating at dj battles and doing several secret transactions.
Their sound is deeply rooted in BASS, with electronis distortion and based on subtle instrumentals. While donna maya torpedos the dancefloor with DnB, donna neda prefers straighter rhythms. They both have in common that they create the same type of atmosphere with their selection of music.
Together they did turntable performances, wrote own turntable compositions and played them in concert. Their first cd/lp was released in 1998: "Murder Beats Vol.1". Since then they contributed several tracks to various compilations in Germany and the U.S.
