Who?
Jocelyn D is a well-respected DJ, artist, promoter and long-time supporter of the Toronto dnb scene. She is also recognized for her work as a music journalist, and his written many articles discussing issues relevant to the North American dnb/electronic music scene and profiling local and international talent.

Appearances?
In her 8+ years playing professionally, she has graced the decks of clubs throughout Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal and occasionally the USA. She has also played at many underground events, loft parties and music festivals including the Big Foot Music Festival, the Om Festival, The World Electronic Music Festival and Oakville's Shell Skate Park, as a DJ for a skateboard competition. Jocelyn D is no stranger to the radio either, with past appearances on two of Toronto's key underground radio stations: 88.1 FM CKLN and 89.5 FM CIUT. While living in Ottawa, she co-hosted 2 radio shows on Ottawa's 93.1 FM CKCU.
Past Projects?
Jocelyn's most recent projects have been a series of MP3-only mixes available exclusively for download from her website, the most recent of which are "Secret Agent Style Part 1" (released in July 2006) and "The Private Afterparty Mix" (released in February 2006). Prior to that, Jocelyn D released 6 full-length mixed CDs. "Digital Reality," the most recent CD, is available for purchase in Toronto-area record stores. MP3 versions of past CDs and mixtapes are available for download on her website. Copies of past articles, photos and flyers from past appearances are also on her website. Jocelyn D is now a contributing writer for Bassline Magazine, and her article about music downloading is featured in the most recent issue.
Upcoming Projects?
Producing original music is high in Jocelyn D's agenda. She is hard at work learning audio production in her home studio, and has already finished a few tunes, with more on the way. Jocelyn D will also be continuing work with Rinse Magazine and has assumed the role of copy editor, in addition to doing some new work with www.blackmarket.co.uk. Finally, Jocelyn D has been promoting "Secret Agent," a lounge night dedicated to the sounds of liquid funk/soulful dnb/dub!
